The Laurel - Snail Mail

from $9.00

What to Expect from The Laurel

The Laurel is a monthly piece of slow mail created by hand, meant to be held, read, and returned to.

Each month, you’ll receive a thoughtfully curated envelope from Loretta, a former educator turned sustainability project coordinator, gardener, and flower farmer rooted in the Southwest. This is not a newsletter. It’s a quiet offering, an analog ecosystem designed to reconnect you with soil, seasons, and your own creative life.

Each monthly edition includes:

  • A handwritten letter reflecting on nature, creativity, faith, and seasonal living

  • A seasonal recipe or gardening tip, grounded in what’s growing in the Southwest

  • A nature-based practice or reflection, printed on a keepsake card

  • Hand-harvested seeds from Loretta’s garden, when seasonally available

  • Stickers, created to be used, shared, or tucked into journals

  • A gentle prompt to pass it on, inviting you to gift The Laurel forward or leave it somewhere meaningful

The Laurel is for those who want to create more than they consume. For those who believe tending a garden, cooking a meal, or noticing the land is a creative act. For those longing for slowness, depth, and connection in a digital world.

This is not about perfection or productivity.
It’s about presence.

Over time, The Laurel becomes an archive of seasons, reflections, recipes, seeds, and small practices you can return to again and again.

If you’ve been craving something tactile, reflective, and rooted, this was made for you.
